At Inmar Intelligence, I spearheaded a comprehensive time study to analyze and optimize workflow efficiencies across various operational processes. This involved meticulously monitoring tasks, recording times, and analyzing patterns to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Leveraging my findings, I presented data-driven recommendations to senior management, which led to the implementation of strategic process enhancements. These changes not only improved operational efficiency but also resulted in notable cost savings and increased productivity for the company. This experience honed my analytical skills and underscored the value of data in driving effective organizational change.
Monday.com Six Sigma Efficiency Project
The Six Sigma project aimed to enhance operational efficiency in three key areas: creating a Monday.com brand site template, developing an official Monday.com team dashboard, and introducing an efficient timeline request form. Utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) methodology, the strategy started with project scoping, voice of the customer (VOC) analysis, scheduled tollgate reviews, that lead to brainstorming and detailed control plans. Integrated within this was the use of Gantt Charts in Monday.com for task management of the project as a whole. The project aligned with Inmar's goal to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects. Expected outcomes encompassed reduced cycle times, fewer defects, cost savings, improved team productivity, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Provider Onboarding Smartsheet
At inReach Healthcare, I led the development and deployment of a centralized Smartsheet solution to streamline provider onboarding across 10+ partner hospitals. The system standardized intake workflows, automated task tracking, and improved visibility for operations, HR, and credentialing teams. By reducing manual errors and increasing accountability, the project accelerated onboarding timelines and improved cross-functional collaboration. This initiative supported broader efforts to scale clinical services while maintaining operational consistency.
Master Dashboard
I designed and implemented a comprehensive performance dashboard integrating KPIs from multiple rural hospital partners. Built to support quarterly business reviews with C-suite stakeholders, the dashboard consolidated operational, clinical, and financial data into an actionable format. This enabled data-driven decision-making, improved stakeholder alignment, and supported ongoing efforts to monitor service line growth and operational efficiency. The dashboard became a foundational tool for strategy execution across the inReach network.
